The bottom of the cooking pan is made of high quality stainless steel material with a thickness of 8 mm. Thus, the resistance of the base to rust is increased. Stainless steel micro-hole burners in gas models provide maximum efficiency. To increase safety, a gas tap with safety device and a thermocouple for flame monitoring are used. The electronic ignition system in gas models provides easy starting for users. In addition, conditions such as operation or ignition can be monitored with the signal lamps on the panel. With the help of the micro switch on gas tilting pans, if the pan is lifted during operation, the burners turn off and when the pan returns to its previous position, the burners automatically start working again. Gas models have the possibility of setting temperatures between 120-300 °C. In electric models, the temperature can be adjusted between 50-300 °C. Power adjustment can be made thanks to the energy regulator. With the insulation material around the pan, excess heat does not radiate to the environment. Accordingly, energy savings are achieved with low energy consumption. Manual lifting mechanism is available as standard on tilting pans. There is also an optional electric motor lifting system. All corners inside the pan are rounded and polished. Easy cleaning is provided. There are specially designed stainless steel heaters under the cooking surface. Thanks to specially designed heaters, a cooking surface with homogeneous temperature is provided. Heaters quickly reach the surface temperature to the desired temperature level. Hot and cold water connections can be made. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel. The pan can be filled with the chrome-plated battery in the devices. The double-walled cover increases the insulation level. Adjustable spring lid lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the lid. A safety thermostat has been installed to increase the security level and prevent the ceiling from overheating.
