Boiling pots with round cauldrons provide the opportunity to make many different dishes, soups and sauces. Thanks to the monoblock boiler structure, the durability of the products is increased and ease of cleaning is provided. The double-walled cover increases the insulation level. Adjustable spring lid lifting mechanism ensures easy opening and closing of the lid. By closing the lid properly, energy and time are saved. In the indirect cooking system, saturated steam at 110 °C and 0.4 bar pressure is created inside the wall, thus ensuring homogeneous heat distribution in the inside, side and bottom sections of the boiling pots. Stainless steel micro-hole burners in gas models provide maximum efficiency. To increase safety, a gas cock with safety device and a thermocouple for flame monitoring are used. To reduce energy consumption, the boiler is covered with insulation material. The power of the device can be adjusted using the button on the front panel. Food-compatible, fast emptying is provided with the large discharge valve. The pressure relief valve in indirect models prevents the pressure inside the wall from increasing excessively. The manometer indicator allows the user to see the internal wall pressure. The external pressure valve in the pressure safety group provides the opportunity to manually release steam while the device is operating. The electronic ignition system in gas models provides easy starting for users. In addition, conditions such as operation or ignition can be monitored with the signal lamps on the panel. Hot and cold water connections can be made. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel with a solenoid valve. The boiler can be charged with the chrome-plated battery located on the top plate of the devices. Electric models have heaters made of INCOLOY material. A safety thermostat is used to protect the resistance and the boiler when the wall water level drops.
