In all electric cookers and cooktops, 1.5 mm thick 304 quality stainless steel monoblock top tables, produced using special molds and press printing method, are used, thus increasing the durability of the top table and ensuring ease of cleaning. The plates made of cast material are combined with the press-pressed upper table in a sealed manner. There is an overheat thermal in each hot plate. This thermal hot plate prevents damage to the hot plate by cutting off the electricity when it overheats, and automatically activates the system when the excessive heat disappears. Each hot plate has a 6-position switch that allows it to be controlled between 90-450 °C. Thanks to this temperature control, the user can perform applications such as cooking or holding. There are separately controllable lower and upper heaters in the oven section. With the 3-position switch, the lower heater, upper heater and lower and upper heater can be operated in the same positions. There is a thermostat that controls the oven internal temperature between 50-300 °C. The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated slides inside the oven allow cooking on 3 different shelf levels. In the oven section of electric cookers, heat is prevented from escaping with a door and a duct and slot system made by pressing against the door. Thus, the need for additional silicone gaskets used in ovens is eliminated. GN 2/1 sized oven can be used in 12090 electric range cookers, and optionally, a larger oven with 1060x550x275 internal dimensions can be built.
